Frequently Asked Questions about Order Returns

Can I return my order? +
Of course! If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The only thing you need to keep in mind when returning your order is that both the product and its packaging must be in the same conditions as when it was delivered to you, and it must not have been manipulated or installed.
How can I process a return? +
Processing the return of a product purchased at TuAlmacendelClima is very easy. Simply send us an email to incidencias@tualmacendelclima.com and we will send you a return form to fill out and send back to us via email at incidencias@tualmacendelclima.com

Once we have received the form, we will tell you how to proceed with the return of the product and where you should send us the product with shipping costs paid.
For what reasons can I make a return? +
If you have changed your mind and no longer want the product you purchased from us within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, you can return it to us. Once this period has passed, it will no longer be possible to make a return.
I received a product in poor condition. What do I do now? +
If upon receiving your order, you notice damage caused by transport, you must communicate this to us within no more than 24 hours from the date of receipt. To do so, contact us by sending an email to incidencias@tualmacendelclima.com indicating the order number and attaching photographs of the damaged material. Once verified, we will quickly manage the replacement and replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you.
What are the return costs? +
If the reason for return is attributable to TuAlmacendelClima, because the product we sent you is defective, incorrect, etc... the return of your order will have no cost to you.

In case the reason is different, for example, that the products were served correctly, but you no longer want them, we will refund the total amount of the merchandise when you send it to our warehouse. If you don't have the means to do so, we offer to do it through our transport agencies, deducting the transport costs involved in said return.
How will we refund the return amount? +
Once the returned product has arrived at our facilities and we have verified it, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Remember!

Remember that for your return to be valid, it must meet minimum requirements:

  • Be within the return period
  • Be in perfect condition, both the product and packaging
  • The product must NOT have been installed
  • Tell us if it is an exchange or a return
  • Attach images of the product (packaged and/or unpackaged) as well as references on the packaging
  • Products damaged in transport that have not been claimed within the indicated period (before 24 hours of receipt) are not admitted
  • If it is a product that we do not usually distribute and we have ordered it expressly for you
