To allow FTC control electronics to monitor the temperature of DHW You have to place one of these probes in the tank: PAC-TH011TK2-E (5M) or Pac-th011tkl2-and (30m)
It is advisable to locate the probe at half the height of the tank of DHW. The probe should be isolated from ambient air. You also have to make sure that the position in which the probe is allows you to correctly detect the water temperature.
