These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions of Sale”) apply to all transactions of sale of goods that are made through this website. The conditions described here are only for orders made from the web https://www.tualmacendelclima.com/. These products can be sold in EspaPeninsular, Balearic Islands and the member countries of the European Union

The sales prices indicated in the Portal are shown in euros

The warranty compute will start on the same day of delivery.

In order to regulate the aspects of the commercial guarantee not covered by this Law 23/2003, the regime contained in Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Management of Minority Trade will be applied.

In case of product repairs, we recommend that the customer go exclusively to the official technical services (recognized and licensed by the manufacturers).

Therefore, Tu Almacen del Clima S.L. responds to the lack of conformity that manifests itself within three years of delivery. Repair and replacement will be free for the consumer and user. This gratuity includes the expenses necessary to remedy the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially the shipping costs, as well as the costs related to the labor and the materials

Cases of cancellation of warranty

·       No refunds will be accepted for warranty on damaged items and/or malfunction of the product for misuse of the same. For example: It has not been installed according to the installer manual.
