1. General information and prices
The prices indicated on the portal include VAT. The cost of the portions is included for España (peninsula) on orders superior to € 300. We reserve the right to modify prices, but the current rate will always apply at the time of order.
2. Detailed delivery times
- Peninsula: 48 - 72 hours (2-3 business days).
- Balearic Islands: 7 - 10 business days.
- In 90% of the cases we deliver in 48h.
- Germany, Austria, Switzerland: 10 - 12 days (departures Friday).
- France, Belgium: 9 - 11 days (Outputs Thursday).
- Netherlands and rest EU: 9 - 11 days (departures Friday).
3. Reception of orders and damage
Important: When receiving your order, check the packaging. If you detect anomalies, sit it to the carrier and indicate the anomalies by hand.
4. Payment methods
We put at your disposal: credit card (Secure 3D), Bizum, Stripe, Bank transfer (48H term), PayPal (with surcharge of 3.4%) and Cetelem financing up to 48 months.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 calendar To return the product without justification. The consumer will respond by decreasing value if good is not returned in perfect condition and with its original packaging.

The seller responds to the faults of conformity that manifest themselves in a period of 3 years from delivery (according to Law 23/2003 and Updates 2022). In case of defective product, repair, replacement or replacing price for the user will be repaired.
❄️ Air conditioning equipment and fluorinated gases
According to RD 115/2017 and Regulation (EU) 517/2014, preloaded air conditioning equipment should only be installed by companies enabled with certified personnel. The buyer has the obligation to submit document B signed within a period of 1 year.
