These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions of Sales") apply to all merchandise sales transactions that are carried out through this website. Please read the totality of these Terms and Terms of Sale carefully before making any transaction. We reserve the right to make changes at any time and without prior notice. All modified term will come into effect from its publication.

1. General information and rates
The conditions described here are for orders in www.https://tualmacendelclima.com/en/ intended EspaPeninsular, Balearic and EU ÑA. Prices include the VAT. The portes are included for España (peninsula) in purchases over € 300, unless otherwise contrary. In products with specific rates, these are included in the final price.
The provider reserves the right to modify prices. Faced with a clear and notorious typographic failure, we will inform the client within a period of no less than 24 hours to offer a solution. All payment entails the invoice broadcast on behalf of the registered user. For safety, card payments may suffer a late 24h delay for verification. An order of € 0 will never be processed, considering typographical error.
2. Contracting Procedure
- Languages: The sale contract will be formalized exclusively in the language spanish.
- Order confirmation: Once the purchase process is finished, the customer will receive a automatic confirmation email in a maximum period of 24 hours.
- Contract Archive: Your climate warehouse, S.L. reports that the electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be filed in our system and will be accessible to the client upon request.
3. Availability and logistics
Orders are shipped within the stock limits. The usual period in Peninsula is 48-72h (working days). In cases of strikes, catastrophes or meteorological events, deadlines can increase from 10 to 30 business days.
Foul: If an article is not available, we will inform within a maximum period of 48 hours. If the delay is greater than 15 days, we can offer an equivalent quality article and price or total refund.
Street foot delivery: The service includes delivery up to street foot from the building. Raises at home generate additional costs and must be notified previously.

⚠️ Review of merchandise (important)
Law 15/2009 (LCTT) it establishes that any reservation must be indicated in writing at the time of delivery. It is mandatory to indicate damage to the packaging to be covered by insurance.
Protocol: If you appreciate external damage, reject the merchandise or sign indicating "pending visible damage review". Let us know in a period of 24 hours. Has 72 hours totals to check the integrity. After this period, claims for damage will not be accepted.
4. Forms of payment
Requires: DNI / NIE, proof of income and first page of bank book. Subject to approval.
5. Return policy (withdrawal)
Term 14 calendar. The product must be in perfect condition. Return costs are in charge of the client.
Gifts: The return of the complete pack is mandatory. If the gift is not returned (eg: WiFi module), your reimbursement value will be deducted.

6. Guarantees and after-sales
Guarantee 3 years on EspaNA. The installation certificate is mandatory (R.I.T.E.) To validate the guarantee.
🌍 Sales outside of Spain (International)
Products sold out of EspaNA They lack official guarantee in situ Your climate warehouse, S.L. stop being responsible for repairs or assistance outside the national territory. Sales are treated as B2B (professional).
❄️ Law Fluorified Gas Law
As RD 115/2017, you must send us the signed documents A and B within a period of less than one year. Documentary falseness or short shipping entails exclusive legal responsibility of the client.
