Can I return my order?

Of course, if you are not satisfied with the product you bought, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the same.

All you have to take into account to return your order is that both the product and its packaging must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered to you, and it must not have been manipulated or installed.

How can I process a refund?

Processing the return of a product purchased in TuAlmacendelClima is very easy, simply send us an email to incidents@tualmacendelclima.com and send you a return form to fill it, and send it to us by e-mail to incidences@tualmacendelclima.com

Once we have received the form, we will answer you how to proceed to the return of the product and where you must send the product to paid lots.

Why can I make a refund?

If you have changed your mind and no longer want the product you have bought us within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, you can return it to us, once this period has passed it will be possible to make the return.

I've received a product in bad shape. What do I do now?

If once you have received your order, you notice damage caused by transportation, you must notify us necessarily within 24 hours of the date of receipt. To do this, contact us by sending an email to incidents@tualmacendelclima.com telling us the order number, and attaching photos of the damaged material. Once verified, we will manage the replacement quickly and we will replenish the damaged goods at no cost to you.

What are the refund costs?

If the reason and return is attributable to TuAlmacendelClima, because the product we have sent you is defective, it is wrong, etc... the return of your order will have no cost to you.

In case the reason is another, for example, that the products were served correctly, but you don't want them anymore, we will pay you the total amount of the goods when you make it to our warehouse. If you don't have the means to do it, we offer you to do it through our transport agencies, discounting the transportation costs of that return.

How will we refund the amount of the refund?

Once the returned product has arrived at our facilities and we have verified it, we will process the refund by the same means of payment you had used at the time of your order.

Remember!

Remember that for your return to be valid, you must meet minimum requirements:

  • Be within the return period
  • Be in perfect condition, both product and packaging
  • The product cannot have been installed
  • Tell us if it is a change or a return
  • Attach product images (packaged and/or unpacked) as references in packaging
  • No damaged goods are allowed in transport that have not been claimed within the specified time limit (before 24 hours of receipt of the same)
  • If it is a product that we do not usually distribute and we have expressly asked for you.
