Product Description

La DOLFI 100M Filter Pump is a high-efficiency self-aspirant centrifugal pump, designed for water recycling in domestic or collective pool systems. With a power of 1 CV and a flow rate 16 m3/h to 10 mca, is ideal for pools up to 70 m3.

Its body is made of special technopolymers reinforced with fiberglass, which allows it to adapt to demanding working conditions. In addition, it has an integrated pre-filter that catches the larger impurities, such as leaves and branches, protecting the pump and ensuring a clean water flow.

The booster, seal support and diffuser are manufactured with thermoplastic polymers, while the special mechanical closure on AISI 316, with skew faces in graphite and aluminum oxide, together with NBR joints, ensure safe and efficient operation.

The engine shaft is stainless steel AISI 420, and the engine housing is built in aluminum, providing excellent corrosion protection. The pump has a maximum working pressure 3 bar and a maximum temperature of the pumped liquid 45oC.

The engine is asynchronous with two poles, with IP55 protection and class F isolation, designed for continuous service. The monophase version includes a built-in thermal protector and a 1.5-metre cable with Schuko plug, facilitating installation and use.

The suction and impulsion springs are 50 mm with internal thread of 11⁄2”, and the pump includes a key for opening the prefilter lid, which facilitates its maintenance.
