Scary Giacomini R146MY016 1" H 4.0m3/h
The Scary Giacomini R146M 1 1/4" H 4.0m3/h is used for the separation and removal of impurities present at the installation. Brass body with threaded connections (optional isolation R146W) or steel body with embedded connections, with insulation included.
The R146M Magnetic Defanger allows the separation and elimination of the impurities present in the hydraulic circuits of the heating and air conditioning. Impurities are separated by action combined with a magnet and a set of reticular metal surfaces radially arranged for separation. Then said impurities can be removed by the discharge valve
Operating
The flow enters the defangador and suffers a decrease in speed such that it favors the separation of the solid impurities present in the fluid. Solid impurities are separated due to collision with metal mesh and ferrous are retained due to the pull force generated by the magnet. It is possible to clean the filter without having to disassemble and/or turn off the installation, opening the pass key and removing the magnet from the containment pod, removing it up
Installation
The defangador must be installed on the return circuit to protect the boiler from impurities present in the duct. To remove the magnet leave a free space of at least 130 mm at the top of the defangador. For regular cleaning consult the maintenance section.
