The products are delivered in safe packaging. Technical team impact:
By acquiring the equipment with TUALMACENDELCLIMA, you have the manufacturer's 2-year European warranty on the acquired equipment and, on the other hand, your certified installer will provide you with your installation warranty.
Technical incidences may be due to a manufacturing failure or, as most commonly happens, to an error in the installation. Therefore, we recommend that you first check with your installer the condition of this, before contacting the official technical service of the manufacturer or requesting technical assistance to TUALMACENDELCLIMA.
In fact, in the event that technical assistance was requested to the official technical service of the manufacturer and the manufacturer determined that the problem was due to a poor installation, it would charge for its services according to the current rate.
